Stephanie is the very adored owner and "Ass Boss" of Hustle and Flow. Stephanie opened Hustle in 2013 and has created a dynamic, welcome, fun and truly unique space in Portland, Maine.

She has not only built a thriving business, but she has curated a community through Hustle and Flow that has evolved into so much more than a place for people to move their body. Stephanie is passionate about creating a safe space where everyone feels comfortable shwoing up as their authentic self. She is commited to being a business that takes action toward building positive and impactful community change for all.Stephanie comes from a dance background and has studied dance all over the world. She brings an eclectic and diverse style to all of her classes. Stephanie is a powerhouse of love and muscle. Her love for Dance, movement and self expression is the fusion that inspires all of her classes.

She is also a certified Reiki practitioner, badass seamstress, and dedicated cat enthusiast. Stephanie believes in the balances of life, the Hustle and the Flow.Stephanie has led group retreats alongside Hustle and Flow manager, Jamie Bifulco, to Guatemala and Panama.
